Consoles and WeatherLink Lives can receive data from up to 8 different transmitters. (For the console, there are also limits the number of types of transmitters.) The Station ID or Transmitter ID tells the receiver which station to listen to. Both the receiver and transmitter must be set to the same Station ID. Sensor suites are set to ID 1 at the factory.
