Available in four versions:

US (United States): Some products do not include all features listed.
- Units of Measure: Data is reported in US standard units.
- Data Transmission: For products that use wireless radio data transmission, US version uses US radio frequency from 902 to 928 MHz. If product transmits data via cellular connection, the included SIM is for use in the USA only and requires a US Service Plan.
- Rain Data: For products that report rain data, the rain collector is calibrated to 0.01 inch.
- Electrical Power Supply: Units shipped with an electrical power supply will have a US power adapter.
USM (United States, metric): Some products do not include all features listed.
- Units of Measure: Data is reported in Metric units.

Features: Installation is a snap with our EZ-Mount Weather Stations. Pre-assembled sensor array with galvanized steel mounting pole makes setup quick and easy. Includes Weather Wizard III console, AC-power adapter with battery backup, anemometer, rain collector, temperature sensor, and junction box. Radiation shield protects the temperature sensor from solar radiation and other sources of radiated and reflected heat. Weather-resistant shelter protects the junction box from the elements. Locate the console inside the shelter, next to the junction box, or use the included 100′ (30 m) cable to locate it indoors.

In 2001, the National Weather Service adopted a new standard for calculating wind chill. This station uses the older standard in place prior to that date. For the newer formula, see our Vantage Pro line of weather stations or add our WeatherLink datalogger and software package. WeatherLink calculates and displays windchill using the newer formula, no matter which weather station you have.
